July 2006 - New OSHA Safety and Health Topics Page for Concrete Industry

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has posted a new Web page dealing with concrete issues. This Web page is a result of their strategic partnership with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and highlights OSHA standards, compliance directives, and standard interpretations related to manufacturing and construction in the concrete and concrete-products industry.

Also posted are lists of the leading workplace hazards and links to safety and health resources for controlling those hazards, training information, and success stories. The new Web page may be found at the following link: www.osha.gov/dcsp/products/topics/concreteproducts/index.html.
